There were some issues with the heating in the apartment which made it very cold. Although attempts were made to solve the issue, it was not properly fixed during our stay.

The apartment was really clean and the balcony was huge! the location was great, with a peaceful neighborhood and a lovely alley for dog lovers. Plus, there was a market nearby and I couldn't resist trying the famous grilled Krakow sausages from the guys on the blue van.

My stay during Christmas was not as pleasant as I had hoped. the heating system in the apartment was not working properly, and despite multiple attempts by the staff to fix it, the issue was not resolved.
